Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled developer with a strong background in customizing, maintaining, and scaling ERPNext systems using the Frappe Framework. This role involves end-to-end ERPNext implementation, including development, hosting, and integration with third-party services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize ERPNext modules, features, and workflows to meet business requirements.
Enhance the front-end UI using the Frappe Framework to improve user experience.
Implement server-side logic and business rules using Python and Frappe.
Set up, configure, and manage ERPNext on cloud or on-premise servers.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot server issues, and ensure compliance with security standards.
Develop and integrate ERPNext with third-party applications such as payment gateways and external APIs.
Create custom API endpoints for communication with external services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users of the ERP system.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for customizations, modules, and server configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Extensive experience with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext (minimum 2-3 years).
Expertise in MariaDB/MySQL for database management.
Experience in hosting ERPNext on Linux-based systems (Ubuntu) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean).
Knowledge of creating and managing REST APIs for integrations.
Familiarity with Git for version control.
Understanding of system security best practices (SSL, firewalls, database security).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Familiarity with Kubernetes for ERPNext management at scale.
Knowledge of additional ERP modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, HR, Manufacturing).
