Global Logistics
Local Presence. Global Standards.
Ocean freight, project cargo, warehousing, customs, and last-mile delivery across Asia — delivered by aBit Cargo, with our own teams on the ground in every country we operate.
Why It Matters
Logistics Without the Middlemen
aBit Cargo was founded in 2023 in Thimphu with a simple idea: build a logistics company that is actually accountable for the cargo it carries.
Too much of the industry runs on hand-offs. An order is taken, then passed to agents the forwarder has never met. Shipments get lost in the shuffle, problems go unresolved, and customers are left wondering who is responsible.
We only operate in countries where we have our own offices. When your cargo clears customs in China, our China team is there. When it arrives in Bhutan, our Bhutan team handles it. Same company, start to finish.
Accountability
We stand behind our work. When we say we will deliver, we deliver.
Transparency
No hidden fees, no surprises. You always know where your cargo is.
Local Expertise
We do not just serve these markets — we are part of them.
Comprehensive Logistics Solutions
Whatever your cargo needs, we have the expertise and infrastructure to deliver.
Ocean Freight
FCL and LCL across Asia's busiest trade routes
Whether you are shipping a full container or a few pallets, our ocean freight services provide the flexibility and reliability your business needs. With our own offices at origin and destination, cargo is handled by our people from port to port.
Full Container Load (FCL)
Exclusive use of a 20ft or 40ft container — lower cost per unit, faster transit, and less handling risk.
Less than Container Load (LCL)
Share container space and pay only for what you use. Ideal for smaller or irregular shipments.
Container Options
20ft Standard (33 CBM), 40ft Standard (67 CBM), and 40ft High Cube (76 CBM).
Typical Transit Times
Thailand to Singapore 3–5 days, to China 7–10, to Bangladesh 8–12, to India 12–16, to Bhutan via Kolkata 30–45.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about shipping with aBit Cargo.
FCL means your cargo occupies an entire container — the most cost-effective option when you can fill a 20ft or 40ft container, with faster transit and less handling. LCL lets you share container space with other shippers and pay only for the space your cargo occupies, which suits smaller or irregular shipments.
From Thailand, typical ocean transit is 3–5 days to Singapore, 7–10 days to China, 8–12 days to Bangladesh, and 12–16 days to India. Cargo to Bhutan routes via Kolkata and typically takes 30–45 days. Exact timings depend on sailing schedules and clearance.
Yes. Our own customs brokers handle import and export clearance in all five markets, including HS classification, duty and tax calculation, licences and permits, and the documentation that goes with them. For Bhutan that includes BAFRA clearance and third-country transit via India.
Yes. Our project cargo team handles heavy lift and out-of-gauge shipments — turbines, transformers, production lines, steel structures, and similar. That includes route surveys, permit coordination, flat rack or break-bulk carriage, and heavy-lift crane and rigging at site.
